Jus et Civitas: Jurnal Pengabdian Masyarakat focuses on the development of applied and participatory legal science through community service. The journal aims to promote both academic and practical contributions to legal problem-solving at the community level and to strengthen the role of law in achieving social justice and public welfare.

The journal covers, but is not limited to, the following topics:

• Law and Community Empowerment
  Studies on the role of law in supporting economic, social, and cultural empowerment initiatives.

• Law and Society
  Analyses of the relationship between legal norms and social values, and their impact on community behavior.

• Legal Services
  Models of legal services for the public, including legal education, consultation, and improving access to justice.

• Legal Aid
  Practices of providing legal assistance—both litigation and non-litigation—to vulnerable and marginalized groups.

• Legal Issues and Community Engagement
  Other legal topics related to direct community involvement, including community-based advocacy and conflict resolution.

The journal welcomes multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary approaches that combine legal studies with other relevant fields in the context of community service.
